The Capital of Latvia, Govern, has approximately 800,000 inhabitants in the two edges of the rio Daugava with an extension of 15 kilometers. The city was founded in 1,201 by the German bishop Albert to whom the castle is owed that crown the city. The strategic position of this city has conformed as place of encounter between the east and the west, being also at present.
Doing a little history we can say that the life of Governing has been spectacular. In those times Govern was larger than Stockholm.
